We're goin' to the Bahamas!

Your host, Jimmy Parrish, invites you to join trop rock music fans and island hoppers from all over the southeast on a five-night six- day vacation to THE premire destination in the Bahamas out islands, MARSH HARBOR!

July 31-August 5, 2010

Once you arrive...

A taxi will take you on a fifteen minute ride through town straight to the resort. Later on that evening, we'll be heading down to the private beach for the official "Welcome to Abaco" kick-off party where we'll enjoy a delicious Bahamian buffet along with an "under the stars" concert by yours truly!

Day one...Ever heard of "Nippers"?

Sunday around lunchtime we'll catch our private water taxi for a half-hour ride to Guana Cay to party at one of the most authentic and beautiful spots in the Bahamas. It's the famous Sunday Pig Roast at Nippers Bar and Grill. Come hungry...and thirsty~!

What's more....

During your stay you'll enjoy poolside entertainment during the day from local musicians, along with--you guessed it-- another J.P. concert at the resort tiki bar. And, depending on how things shape up, we may just bring the Ocean Waves Band over there with us!

Marsh Harbour, Abacos

For many years now I've considered Marsh Harbour my home away from home. Matter of fact, I wrote several songs off our CD, "Let's Go Fishin' " right there in the marina at Abaco Beach Resort.

In my opinion, this beautiful island getaway is one of the best kept secrets any true island lover could ever dream of. I've always said, once you visit the Abacos you'll never climb on a cruise ship again.

A couple of years ago I came up with the idea of introducing a way to share this beautiful place with our friends and fans. So, finally, here it is. A truly affordable Bahamas vacation package that we'll enjoy together, island style!

Introducing Parrish Heads in Paradise 2010, a Bahamas vacation tailored for folks just like you and me. We love the laid-back island lifestyle, seeing and experiencing new adventures and locations (especially when they're surrounded by water), can't get enough of beautiful beaches and great island cooking, and love authentic tropical music. Come with us and live like the locals do....we're heading to the fabulous Abaco Beach Resort in Marsh Harbour, Bahamas!

--First thing you do is get yourself a passport....this is a must~!

--Then, you purchase an ISLAND PASS which officially registers you as an official member of PARRISH HEADS IN PARADISE 2010.

--After you book your flight and make reservations at the resort, you're done!

How do we get there?

You'll be responsible for booking your own travel arrangements. But with all the info available on this site and tons of others, it's a piece of cake. For info on all flights and airlines flying to and from Marsh Harbour, click on the "How Do We Get There?" tab to the left.

Depending on where you're flying from, there are airports from Jacksonville to Miami, even Orlando that offer many affordable flight options. Round trip airfares start at only $262.00 per person.

Update: If you live in the northeast Florida area and plan on flying out of either Jacksonville or St. Augustine, we've got some great news! Craig Air Center has offered us a 25% discount on airfare. Your price is $415 per person, round trip! You must send an email to Mr. Bob Feindt with Craig Air. His email address is:

rfeindt@craigaircenter.com

Another Update....this one's good! If you can arrange to fly out of West Palm Beach, we now have a round trip package rate of $262.00 per person in place with Bahamas Air. But you have to book in groups of ten to receive the rate. Send me an email for details.

Extremely important - Please be aware that lobster season begins the week of PHIP 2010 and it will be extremely difficult to find flights to Marsh Harbour if you wait. My advice, book your flights as soon as possible (as in now), even before making your resort reservations or purchasing your Island Pass.

Begin planning NOW and make your reservations early.....Feel free to contact me personally by email or phone and we'll see you in the islands!
