Jimmy’s own recipe, this tasty mustard based West Indian style hot sauce is made with fresh ripe scotch bonnet peppers grown in the islands of the lower Caribbean, which gives it the distinct flavor. On the heat scale, the scotch bonnet pepper is about fifty times hotter than a jalapeno. Our recipe has that perfect balance of heat and flavor we like to describe as “restaurant hot.” So no worries, the heat won’t burn you up, but the flavor will blow you away!

I love the sauce but your out of stock. How can i get some more???

    • Jimmy

Ken, looks like I’m going to be out of stock for a while. I’m in the process of tweaking my recipe and finding a co-packer over here in the states. Just not feasible any longer to have it bottled in St. Lucia and shipped (literally) to the states. A big step forward for sure! Stay tuned.
